By using Grihini, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Service Description
Grihini is a household staff management application that helps you track attendance, salary, advances, and generate settlement reports for domestic workers employed by your household.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter
- You must obtain consent from staff members before storing their personal information
- You agree to use the app for lawful purposes only
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
4. Staff Data Ownership
- Staff information belongs to the household that entered it
- Grihini does not claim ownership of your data
- You are responsible for complying with labour laws regarding your domestic workers
5. Payment Features
- Grihini tracks payments but does NOT process payments directly
- Actual salary payments must be made through your preferred method (cash, UPI, bank transfer)
- Grihini is not responsible for payment disputes between you and your staff
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the app to harass, discriminate against, or exploit domestic workers
- Enter false or misleading information
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Reverse engineer or modify the app
7. Limitation of Liability
Grihini is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Data loss due to device failure (we recommend regular backups)
- Salary disputes between employers and employees
- Decisions made based on settlement calculations
8. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes.
