- Phone number (for authentication)
- Staff details you enter (name, photo, mobile, address, Aadhaar, UPI ID, family details, emergency contacts)
- Daily attendance, salary, advance, and payment records
- Remedy ratings and submissions
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide household staff management functionality
- To sync data across family members you invite
- To calculate salary settlements and generate reports
- To improve our services
3. Data Storage & Security
- All data is stored on servers located in India
- Aadhaar numbers are AES-256 encrypted
- Photos are stored under randomised, non-guessable file names and served only over encrypted HTTPS
- Biometric data never leaves your device
- API communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption
4. Data Sharing
- We do NOT sell or share your data with third parties
- Data is shared only with family members you explicitly invite
- We comply with lawful government requests as required by Indian law
5. Your Rights (DPDP Act, 2023)
- Right to Access: Request a copy of all your data
- Right to Correction: Edit any information at any time
- Right to Erasure: Delete your account and all associated data
- Right to Grievance Redressal: Contact our Data Protection Officer
6. Data Retention
- Data is retained as long as your account is active
- On account deletion, all data is purged within 72 hours
- Settlement records are retained for 7 years as per tax requirements
7. Children's Privacy
- Grihini does not knowingly collect data from children
- Kids' names entered by users are for the user's personal reference only
